Talsa’s PLC controlled electric cook tanks are constructed entirely of stainless steel with an intermediate thermal oil chamber and thermal expansion chamber.

The use of a thermal oil chamber ensures absolutely uniform heat distribution which translates to a perfectly uniform product.
